The Customer Focus function allows retailers to focus on their customers and improve their customer loyalty. Retailers may:

Rank their top customers for specific weeks, months and years.

    • View customer buying patterns, for example, which departments theyre shopping in, or which products they are purchasing.
    • View discounts consumed by the customer, for example, electronic coupons or manufacturer coupons.
    • View preferred times they shop.
    • View the customers favorite cashier(s).
    • Send Thank You Letters or Gift Certificates.

The Customer Focus information consists of weekly, monthly and yearly data. Data is updated daily during the Store Close operation. The information displayed is according to the entire week, month, or year, up to the date of the last store close.

A week will be displayed from Sunday to Saturday. For example: Any date selected within the week of  (Sunday) September 5 to (Saturday) September 11 will give you the same information for the entire week.

When Month is selected the information displayed will be for the entire month. For example: Any date selected within the month of September will give the information for September 1 to September 30.

When Year is selected, the data shown will be from January 1 to December 31 of that year. If a date within the current year is entered, data will be shown from January 1 to the date of the last store close. For example: If you enter 2/14/2020 in the date field, the information displayed will be from January 1 to December 31, 2020, not from February 14, 2020.
