The Picture field is used to attach a picture to a product for verification on the Front End. Press the ellipsis button to the right of the field to open the Picture Browser. From the Picture Browser, press the “Set Folder” button to browse for the Working Directory folder that stores the pictures on the Back End. Scroll to the correct picture, then press OK.

In addition, the pictures must be stored on each checkstand in C:\Program Files\Retail\POS\BMPFiles for lookup on the Front End.

The “Allow Lookup” field must also be flagged to allow viewing at the Front End.  The cashier may view the picture by using the keystrokes “PV” (Price Verify).

This is only for NORMAL SCREEN MODE. If using Touch Screen, the product pictures must be attached in Product Lookup Designer.
