The Sales Filter form is used to refine the selection criteria for the product sales data and to specify a sort option for the product list portion of the Product Sales. For example you can filter your product sales by description, cost, price, revenue etc. Once the results of the filter are loaded to the screen you can sort using the Sort option.

To filter your Product Sales:

  1. From the Show Product Sales task screen select a category and time range to display Product Sales.
  2. Once the sales are loaded to the screen, press the Sales Filter button from the toolbar.
  3. Select from one of the following filters:
    • Description
    • Cost
    • Price
    • Gross
    • Qty
    • Revenue
    • Total Cost
  1. Depending upon your selection select the appropriate Operators and Criteria.
  2. Click the Show Top field and fill in an amount to display the top portion of sales.
  3. Click the percentage field to display top sales by a percentage. (optional)
  4. Press the OK button.
  5. The results will display in the Product Sales list box.

To sort your Product Sales:

  1. Once the sales are loaded to the screen select from one of the following Sort options:
    • UPC
    • Description
    • Cost
    • Price
    • Gross
    • Qty
    • Revenue
  1. Click the Descending or Ascending flag.
  2. Press the OK button

The result is displayed in the Product Sales list box.  Use the Print or Print Preview button from the toolbar to print your results.
